“I hope I can find adequate words to convey how much Interbloom has changed my life. Before being referred to Dr. Galindo, I had GAD and PTSD that significantly interfered with my quality of life, even after years of work with CBT. I didn't know anything about ketamine therapy going in, and I was nervous: nervous of the unknown, nervous it wouldn't work for me, especially given the investment of time and money. After much deliberation and a lot of conversations with my husband (after all, my PTSD and GAD affected him too), we decided to give it a go. Being very much a Type-A personality who needs a "plan" for everything, it was uncomfortable to embark on the unknown and trust the process at first. By the second appointment, I was already feeling the benefits. I was surprised by what came into focus during my medicine and integration sessions. Some issues were predictable; others I had no idea my mind still needed to work through. Lauren carefully, gently, and compassionately helped me process what my mind and heart needed to work through. Some sessions required lots of Kleenex (I even joked that she'd have to tack the excess Kleenex onto my bill), some didn't, but all of them resulted in some pretty earth-shattering "aha" moments that have transformed my life. No one was more surprised than me. After spending much time with CBT, I assumed it had all been discussed at some point. But no, my real "stuck" points and faulty thinking were truly uncovered, and most importantly, worked through, in my sessions with Dr. G and Lauren. What really helped was learning the "why" behind my anxiety and faulty thinking, and what I could do about it, with the help of forming newer, healthier neural pathways through the ketamine sessions. I truly cannot say enough about how transformative these sessions have been. I am forever grateful to Dr. Galindo and Lauren for helping me shake off the demon that is anxiety and finding a freer and more peaceful life.”

“Innerbloom is a gem in terms of mental health practices. Dr. Galindo is unparalleled in his skill and care as a clinician. I have felt seen, supported and taken care of— cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I completed KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) with Dr Galindo at Innerbloom, and I say this without exaggeration: it changed my life. I have a different outlook—and honestly, a different in-look—than I ever thought possible. KAP is not the same as getting ketamine mailed to you or going to an infusion clinic (both of which I personally feel lack effectiveness and unethical). The therapy part, the structure, the integration sessions, the safe environment, and the guidance of an experienced and compassionate practitioner like Dr G, who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about his patients—those are the pieces that made the difference for me. As all therapies, there are different methods of ketamine treatment and the different clinics out there. There are important distinctions in how it’s administered, the side effects, the pros and cons, the level of support you receive, and what to expect. Innerbloom Healing Arts and the professional experience and techniques offered by Dr Galindo were effective for me. Innerbloom Healing Arts is a very cozy, welcoming and clinic. It is easily accessible, has lots of free/private/on-site parking. There is a variety of healing arts and modalities at this clinic. I suggest you contact them directly for more information.”

“This was unfortunately a horrible expierence for me. I set up a phone consult appointment, and the day of the appointment, now a full 7 days ago, i never got called. I called them several times, 4 or 5 to be exact. To no answer. I live out on johns island and i ended up driving all the way to the office. There was no one there when i arrived, and at that point i was at a loss and started crying heavily. I ended up having to call out "is anyone here" and thats when someone finally came down. They could not get ahold of the therapist i was supposed to have an appointment with (truely hope shes alright). I was then told that i would be contacted to get on the books asap as i was clearly struggeling and needed help. They have been radio silent since, and at this point, there is nothing that could be done to save me as a client. I am very. VERY LUCKY that i have a support system and people who are able to help me when im in crisis, as i was able to get myself stable enough to find another therapist. Who responds. In a timely mannor. Leaving this review as a warning to anyone who needs immidete help, and is drawn in by their website and alluring therapy methods. This was a truely, awful expierence that i sincerely hope is fixed immidetely.”
