“Juanita is the GOLDEN standard of care at Future Psych! I am always happy to walk in and see her smiling face. She is kind, caring, friendly, compassionate and remembers all my little quirks. She is a perfect stick with the iv every time and when it comes to my anxiety with needles it's comforting to know she will be my nurse. She is not afraid to hold my hand if I start to have a panic attack during treatment and reassure until I'm calm again then ask if I'm ok to keep going. After my treatments she doesn't just walk me to the door or leave me at the top of the steps but rather walks me to my rides vehicle or to the person giving me a ride. It is clear that whatever it is Juanita is doing she goes above and beyond for her patients and should not only be applauded but awarded for spectacular care every time. Thank you Juanita.”

“Absolutely horrible. Although my provider was OUTSTANDING (Holly Lewis)- the billing team, office manager (William Dubose), and front office staff have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Every appointment I've attended has resulted in a billing issue. If anything- the administrative issues are making my mental health worse. I'm not even going to discuss the DUMB, STUPID subscription that isn't well explained to you from the beginning. Along with this- I've called the office manager on several instances and have received no call back even after leaving a direct message with the front desk staff. BUT- as soon as I told them I would not be paying my balance until I received a phone call- I received one within an hour. I'd rather settle for no specialized care and just see my primary care physician. After hearing from other patients and reading other reviews- they also clearly engage in frequent medical errors and don't prioritize the patients needs. They should be ashamed.”
