I accompanied a friend for their first appointment/intake & the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable & welcomed. It was so refreshing especially when first time appointments can be so anxiety ridden. Although their website and social media page was so helpful in preparing us for what to expect. The clinic has such a cozy atmosphere - in every single room we were in! There were snacks and drinks available while we waited our turn which was such a nice surprise. It’s evident that every step of the process was so well-planned, thoughtful, and truly makes a difference. The whole team is top notch. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a person and not just a number, this is the place! Check them out - you won’t regret it!”

“Overall not bad, except for a couple of things. The lady at the intake appointment was friendly. I appreciate the owner providing me all the information on all the questions that I’ve asked. One of the reasons that I decided not to go forward with this company is because the owner would speak with a condescending tone . She would say the things like… As I said or once again. She may of not meant it as rude is why I’m giving a good rating still. However the owner needs to watch how she talks to people. It just sounds so unprofessional and rude to me. She would use these phrases all the time. I even mentioned it once that it’s very unpleasant hearing someone talking like that. I almost fired back and said well then say it again or I’ll start using the same phrases on them. It’s a lot of information and who cares if someone ask you that question again. You’re supposed to be three for them and you’re making thousands of dollars, so that wasn’t cool with me. If you have great insurance that’s awesome and good luck on your journey, however this place is making some really good money. Thousands of dollars for treatment. I know they’ll say that’s a great price for a cure to mental help, however not many people have that money lashing around. I was offered to pay &400-$500 a month to break up payments, but an extra huge bill a month was out of the cards.”
