The short version

Information we collect

• To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• The clinic you contacted, or clinics matching your request. This is the point of the form. Once a clinic receives your details, that clinic's own privacy policy governs what they do with them.
• Service providers who run the site for us — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and the customer relationship software clinics use to manage inquiries. They may only process data on our instructions.
• Legal disclosure where required by law, or to protect someone's safety.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

HIPAA and health information

This website is not a clinical patient portal or a medical record. Do not assume that an inquiry form provides the same protections as your clinician's secure patient portal. Privacy obligations depend on the parties and circumstances; this notice does not determine anyone's legal HIPAA status. Discuss sensitive clinical details directly with the clinic through its secure channels.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can resolve disputes and measure whether clinics respond. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. Clinic account records are kept while the account is active.

Your choices

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. Applicable rights, exceptions and response deadlines vary; we do not imply that every state has the same privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
